The heart of Family and Consumer Sciences (FCS) is preparing students to live successful independent lives. One way we prepare students is by teaching them how to navigate the kitchen. And to do it well! The kitchen utensils that are being requested will allow students to have relevant cooking/baking experiences in the classroom. Our classroom has not been updated within the past 20 years. The school district has decided it is time for an update/upgrade to make the kitchens more functional. Many times we find that the appliances will quit working or are not similar to what they have at home. With the materials requested, we will be able to have access to working utensils.

About my class
