Our Title I school is located in rural North Georgia. We have approximately 650 students with a diverse population of learners. These books will be used daily in math instruction to help increase student literacy. Reading is essential! Our elementary has had high achievement in math for the last several years, but we are really focusing on increasing our reading achievement. These books will help us do just that. By using literature in math, we are not only learning more about math, but we are using our strength to increase our weakness. These students would love to hear their teachers read aloud these wonderful titles.

About my class
