The yoga and theatre mats meet a variety of needs in my middle school. Each student will receive a sanitized mat in order to safely and comfortably explore stress reducing activities. It is well-documented that middle schoolers are experiencing the greatest growth clinical depression, attempted suicide, and suicide. It is also well-documented that yoga provides tools for stress management and theatre classes offer opportunities to learn in safe and creative spaces. Please consider making this generous contribution to the life of a child living in deep poverty in the heroine epicenter of the Northeast.
