I am a fourth and fifth grade ELA and math intervention teacher. My students do not have the books they need at home to succeed in their reading skills when it comes to comprehension and fluency. I am asking for novels to provide students with more of a variety of books to read. They also are kinesthetic learners when it comes to learning new math skills, so having some hands-on math manipulatives will give them the resources they need to become successful. The products I am requesting will be used in the classroom and at home. The school supplies I am requesting will also be used in the classroom especially for the students that don't have the resources they need to have school supplies to use for multiple classrooms. Help me create an environment where my students can be more successful.
