Kids need to move. And they like to move! Right now, they are spending more time than usual not moving at school. More time is spent on tablets, and less time has been spent at recess and in after-school sports. Our students are on-campus part of each day, and we would like to spend some of that time encouraging them to move. Recess can be less restrictive now, and after-school sports begin soon as well. Our students love sports, and the footballs, basketballs, and other equipment will get them outside and onto the playgrounds to run and jump.
