Flexible seating allows for students to feel in control of their learning. Not all students work best sitting at a desk in a standard chair. Some students have the wiggles and need to move around while working while other students would feel their best sitting in a bean bag chair. I want to give my students options: this helps allow students to not only feel that they are in control of their learning, but that they are seen and their needs are being met. Our students deserve the best and this is a small step towards giving that to them.
