Critical thinking, problem solving, time management, decision making, communication, and networking. These are just some key elements for our athletes to carry onto the next level. Preparing our athletes for college readiness is our main goal. We hope each athlete is awarded a scholarship to help with the offset of financial needs. Our athletes come from a low income community and need all the help they can get. Personal care items make a difference for every girl. Setting goals is important to ensuring progress and advancement in targeted areas. In sports, goal setting can be an integral part of motivating athletes to improve their performance and achieve at a high level.
