My students are dedicated to learning, but struggle with ADHD. One of my students said it best, "It's not that I'm not paying attention to you in class, I just can't stop paying attention to everything else." The watches have a buzzer that will help discreetly remind them to refocus, and it looks like a regular watch, so it respects their privacy. The chair bands will let them expend their energy while they stay in their seat and learn. These tools will help the students focus on learning while keeping them in the classroom learning and out of trouble. A lot of the behavior problems with students with ADHD can be avoided before they start, and these tools will go so far towards keeping these kids where they belong-in the classroom, paying attention.
