Being a first year teacher, I am starting from scratch and my collection is very minimal. However, as a first grade teacher, I know how important early literacy is to our young ones! After a long year of COVID regulations in schools, my students have been deprived of a place where they are able to unwind and read. I am excited to give my students a space where their love for reading will surely begin to grow. If this project is funded, it would provide a rug, seating, and BOOKS! My students and myself would greatly appreciate it and my class would be THRILLED to have such a nice learning space!

About my class
