I had this vision in April of what my room could and should look like. After teaching summer school and witnessing another teacher put it into action, I was highly motivated to get started. I have done as much as I can on my own with the resources I have. Now, I am requesting help. I have over sixty task boxes in my room just ready to be filled with task cards, games, manipulatives, etc., for my students to use all year long. My plan, every month, is to fill the boxes to fit my students' growing needs. With the use of a visual schedule and a reward system, I hope to motivate them to become independent learners and get them back to the general education setting.

About my class
