The students love working with art and will be able to incorporate it with science to visualize the concepts we are discussing, like body systems or ecosystems. We will be able to create X-ray drawings of our bones with the blue construction paper. Students will get to discover the properties of minerals through exploration and testing samples. They love labs and this will help them actually touch the items we are talking about! It is easier for them to understand what we are discussing when it is hands-on. Learning soars when students get to be involved in cooperative lab groups.

About my class
