All of my students, most of them kids with autism, need hands-on learning materials to better understand the lesson. This project will allow them to have the manipulatives they so desperately need to be able to follow along with the corresponding lesson at that time. Each student has individual learning needs, and they are all on different levels and grades. These activities would better assist me and my paraprofessionals in ensuring each student is learning on the appropriate academic level. Each student deserves the ability to learn the same material in the way that works best for them.
