The items in my cart include dramatic play props, leveled readers for guided reading, and various activities and materials to be used during small groups and stations such as word building cards and play-doh letter stampers. Each of these items will be used to build language and reading fluency in children. When using the dramatic play materials, the students will be encouraged to write lists and read menus. Other activities and materials will be used during stations and small groups to practice the skills learned as a group. Once students have gained the skills necessary for reading, they will be ready to use the leveled readers!
