Currently, my students watch their peers from other schools zip through college entrance exams, while they struggle to finish in time. They frequently struggle to graph functions and equations by hand and just get frustrated. They need the graphing calculator tools that are afforded to more affluent schools and students to really demonstrate how much they know. I want to help these kids learn the concepts and stop getting caught up in the work of graphing by hand. I can't wait to see them raise their ACT scores just because they have more time to think through the problems, instead of getting caught in the weeds of the calculations!

About my class
