These materials will allow our coaching staff to video our players lifting and running techniques in their physical education classes. Using the iPad, our coaches can evaluate techniques of students to improve effectiveness in performances. The video used can be sent to the students with notes for them to study at home. Using the medicine balls as a part of the wellness and training for students will allow development to many muscle groups. The medicine balls will be used for core development as well as explosive exercises in physical education classes.
