I teach virtual students. A monitor and webcam will help me be able to communicate with my students in a whole new way! I will be able to work with more students individually and in small groups. The webcam will provide my students a way to see me while also completing the work needed for class. The monitor will help me see my students while I am doing a presentation of the lesson. Students learn better when provided a guide or facilitator to help them through the learning process. Technology in todays work is a must for an educator.
