If you have never played soccer before, you have missed out on a fun and super cardio workout activity. Kids love playing this game and it is easy for most to participate. After learning the basics of dribbling, trapping, passing, shooting, and goalkeeping, they are good to go. Besides the skills, soccer is more than just a game, it is a way to build community and instill learning in teamwork, networking, and collaboration. It builds confidence, assertiveness, and leadership roles. There are so many health benefits such as increasing their aerobic capacity and cardiovascular health. It also builds strength, flexibility, and endurance. It even improves overall health due to the shifts between walking, running, and sprinting. It should even wear the kids down and make them a little less fidgety in the classroom! We need soccer balls, pop up goals, and practice jerseys. Thank you for your consideration in my project.
