The East Ridge Robotics Team is raising money to provide the equipment to support ten (10) grade school teams to compete in the FIRST Lego League Competition. The equipment purchased will be used to allow children aged 9 - 15 to compete building a robot to perform an obstacle course. Our high school team will provide mentorship, training and support as the younger students compete. These teams will be based in our school district, ISD 833, in Minnesota, which primarily includes South Washington County. With COVID-19, sadly no teams from our school district competed in the 2020-21 season. We will be starting ten teams from scratch.
