Our students are good writers, but they need to have multimedia experience. We are asking for an Apple computer so our students can gain knowledge and experience in industry-level video editing, photo editing, and web building. Currently, our students are forced to use their smartphones for video editing and this limits their education possibility. Our scholars are in desperate need of professional-level equipment so that they can learn the fundamentals of professional multimedia journalism which includes video production, video editing, and web building. Being a Title I school limits the funds needed to give our scholars the tools they need to be successful.
