Having these 3D pens will allow my students to get away from computer-based projects and get hands-on projects. My underserved students will have access to this technology that they would otherwise never get to experience. My core classes I teach are ELA and social studies. However, I also teach SEL, PE and enrichment. These pens will be used across all of these classes, which will open so many projects that are possible for them. I am excited for them to start with small projects and see where their creativity will take them. They often feel they are forgotten and these pens will show them how they do matter and are important to society.
