This will help my students and colleagues to bring awareness to mental health and stop the stigma. By becoming a certified instructor, I will be able to teach classes free of charge to any adults, especially educational staff, to be able to help students and children who experience mental health crisis. Additionally, this will benefit the students because the number of people certified in mental health first aid would be increased to better serve the students. Mental health is extremely important to me and I want to have the tools necessary to help as many students as possible post COVID-19. Many students are in need and have been in stressful situations for over a year. Students will be needing extensive mental health checks and extra love!

About my class
