When you have spent 23 years in the same school, the people in it become family, and the children are an extension during their years spent here. Our classroom are our second homes for students and staff and at times the heat and lack of air movement can become stifling especially when wearing masks. With our anticipated time of return to in person learning approaching quickly I want to Proactively prepare our classroom with all of the necessary safety measures possible. Picture this, a very warm June day in a classroom. Students are fidgeting and fumbling with masks while sitting behind partitions. The temperature is slowly rising and no relief in sight. Having an air purifiers in our classrooms would be a welcome relief during those especially humid days. The more comfortable students are the the more eager they are to learn.
