Students will learn how plants grow and what they need to grow through the gardening/spring unit. Students have begun noticing the change in weather, leaves growing on trees, and some flowers blooming. If approved, the materials provided will give the students a firsthand experience of the process. Students will get to plant their own seeds on a pot and track their plant's growth. As preschool students, imaginative play and role-playing is an essential component to learning and development. Therefore, having a gardening set to place in the dramatic play would reinforce learning while they play. Thank you!
