These butterfly kits will take students on the adventure of seeing the butterfly cycle in its entirety. We will learn the lifecycle starting with live larvae and see the change from caterpillars to chrysalis. Then wait patiently as the magic transformation take place and the the fully formed butterfly emerges. Students will write about each stage as well as provide illustrations. The final part of this project will give each student the chance to give an oral presentation on their knowledge of the butterfly lifecycle in all its glory. Hooray!
