I am a first year teacher, and I am trying to gather supplies to use for everyday necessities like calendar, morning meeting, or just having their birthdays displayed throughout the room. The tactile items are extremely important for my students with sensory issues, and many of them require breaks in a calming area. I would like to use the rug to create a calming corner for my students. The label maker would make organizing in a busy classroom and keeping things protected amazing! I teach students with special needs, so they rely on a consistent, organized routine to help them excel throughout your day. They also enjoy being around bright, happy colors, and this will help our room seem more inviting and a positive place to be In.
