For many students, math, reading and writing can be a struggle. Students are not always able to conceptualize math concepts and this is where they encounter difficulties. Many students are able to learn better when they have engaging and fun hands-on math stations to reinforce skills they have been taught! My students are working extremely hard and need resources to assist in meeting grade-level expectations. My students need quality math, reading, and writing activities to deepen their understanding of concepts. Students will use these hands-on activities for practice, review, and to show mastery of skills in a fun way. The stations can be used independently or with a small group, depending on the specific skillset each student needs. All of the materials donated will cover many of our state standards! These items will also reinforce the skills my students have previously learned and can transfer over into their everyday lives, making learning practical. When students enjoy what they are learning and can make a connection with a skill, they are more likely to retain knowledge. My students love stations and these activities will increase their overall achievement! Thank you in advance for considering making a donation to our class. My energetic students will love these resources because at this age, every lesson has to hold their attention to maximize their learning.
