The light table and materials will be added to our sensory area. This area will be used for a sensory outlet, as well as a different mode of teaching academics. Students will be able to go to the sensory area and light table when they need a break or when they are needing a sensory outlet. Having different sensory areas throughout the classroom is very important for my group of students. We will also use light table materials to reinforce academic learning by having letters and numbers as an option for the light table.
