My curriculum focuses on Make Believe Play. Students are playing with a purpose. The dramatic play clothes and sets will help students imagine themselves in those roles. Students are building relationships with one another during our Make Believe Play Block. My students need the items to go with our themes. We focus on a theme for five weeks. Make Believe Play builds oral language, vocabulary, self regulation, creativity, problem solving, and so much more. Along with the play clothes and accessories, my students need to master basic skills before kindergarten. Sorting by category, counting, learning letters and scientific concepts are essential in PreK. I would truly appreciate each of these items in my class.
