Having an additional larger screen will allow me to more easily monitor students that are joining my class via zoom while at the same time being able to attend to the students that are face to face. The use of dry erase boards will allow students to continue to use American Sign Language (ASL) to answer and ask questions they might not yet have the vocabulary for thus enhancing additional communicative skills. It is also a quick and effective way for me to check for students understanding through receptive skills, all while still maintaining a Deaf friendly environment. The use of the Weather / Calendar is a fun way for students to learn daily conversational skills.
