No student likes to look into a textbook to read and interpret data. This Fitbit will provide my students with the opportunity to learn about ECG, SpO2, breathing rate, heart rate variability, and heart rate using real-life data. This would be a refreshing change for my students who are both on-campus and learning online. With this Fitbit, I will have actual data to demonstrate and teach my students about the many different measurements of the heart that go further than just the basic heart rate. This Fitbit would also allow me to better explain what these measurements are and what was done for these measurements to be the way they are.

About my class
