In previous years, my students had a rotating door of music teachers and no instruments to play and learn with. Now that I am here, I am dedicated to creating a fun and educational music experience for my students. My students will use the ukuleles and handbells to dive deeper into their music lessons. These instruments will teach them responsibility, note naming, rhythms, music literacy, and create a sense of excitement and enthusiasm for learning in the music classroom. It will also engage them in ensemble performances and give them harmonic awareness.
