These resources can target every single child on my caseload's goals (special education through gen-ed, 3-6 years, 50+ students a year). These books/story retell pieces will make an impact on the learning and engagement of each of my students. These books have the potential to target articulation goals (picking out the child's sound in the story - bringing awareness to it - and practicing them in trials), expressive vocabulary (labeling story parts and picking out new words), making requests, story sequencing and re-telling, answering wh-questions (who what when where why), working on sustaining attention with my little ones, following directions, etc.
