Some of our athletes are staying home for the 4th quarter due to health concerns due to COVID-19. Since our workouts will be geared towards the students coming back to campus, the virtual students need more equipment that they cannot get on their own. Giving these students these exercise bands will help them maintain the progress they have made during the school year and allow them to stayed prepared for the spring sports season that is upcoming. These bands are essential for the weight portion of the workouts we do daily.

About my class
