We are in dire need of the headphones for our iPads and some new laptops the school bought for us. The students use the iPads and laptops to use apps/websites such as SeeSaw, FlipGrid, etc. that tie into our STEM lessons. They also use EPIC! to research STEM topics through eBook read alouds. The books I have chosen directly connect to our kindergarten science standards. They will be used as anchor texts for STEM lessons and also to create quality STEM lessons for my students. My goal as we wrap up this school year is to finish out strong with at least two STEM lessons a month. These materials will also help as we begin to plan for next school year and can tie in STEM to our Essential Units.
