Every band students needs to practice in order to get better at their instrument. Percussion in particular is tricky because they must be proficient at not only the snare drum, but other percussion instruments like bells too! I have many percussionists in my band this year and very few have their own, quality instrument at home to practice. These percussion kits would enable 2 of my students to have an instrument to practice on at home. We are preparing for a concert at the end of the year and they would benefit greatly from having home instruments instead of waiting until they got to school to learn their parts and practice!
