I have requested a collection of Newbery Honor books to add to our classroom library. Having new book titles on the shelf inspires the students to put down electronics and get lost in the pages of a new adventure. Writing Journals would be a dream come true. Writing can often be a frustrating task for young learners. However, daily writing prompts would enhance their skills in a fun outlet. The dry erase boards are perfect for in-class participation and assessment. The students love to share their responses, and the educator can quickly glance across the room to monitor understanding.
