For this project we will create claymation videos created entirely by the students using art, writing, and technology! To begin their animated films, students will first create a storyboard with the scenes and characters. Next they will draw and paint the scenery. They will use the modeling clay to create their characters. The stands will be used to help film the stop-motion animation videos which will then be edited for their final presentation. Students will gain the skills to be able to use the technology at home on their own with any materials they have- LEGO bricks, toys, paper or any materials they want to create animation with. We will get plenty of use out of the iPad stands in the future making various animations, photographing our art portfolios, making art videos and more!
