The Secret Stories is a great phonics tool for our littles! This program hits the social emotional part of the brain and uses the “back door” of the brain to help students learn the secrets of phonics. For example, letters t and h can’t sit together because they stick their tongues out at each other and say /th/ as in they, this, that, and there. Also, letters a and w and letters a and u like each other so when they get together they say /aw/ as in August, awesome, awful, and sauce.
