Lessons will include group instruction for students who have significant delays in receptive and expressive language. Resources acquired with the Teachers Pay Teachers gift cards will promote the generalization of speech-language skills across school, home, and community environments. Students will be introduced to theme-based vocabulary and learn to ask/answer "wh" and inferential questions. Students will be engaged each month with the curriculum as it follows specific holidays/seasons throughout the academic calendar year. Ultimately, the students will learn functional communication skills to better communicate with staff and peers in our middle school educational setting during the 2021-2022 school year!
