Rest time is as important as all of our other subjects! When young scholars have a chance to rest, they have a chance to reset. We use rest time just for that, to reset our bodies so that we are ready to learn for the rest of the day. Having cots will prevent scholars from having to lay on the ground and have a little more comfortable place to lay their heads down. When our bodies are fully rested, our bodies are fully ready to learn and grow as professional learners!

About my class
