This project will benefit my students grow and evolve into healthy humans through a collection of resources for my students to support representation, encouragement cards to promote self-esteem, and opportunities for improved competency for Educators and Counselors. The goal is to educate our Educators on inclusivity that will support our students of all backgrounds. The students will be able to see themselves in literature which promotes representation. Classroom Lesson Plans will include small groups and class group to improve in skill building and competency. These students truly deserve these resources.
