The materials that are part of this project will benefit students with Visual Impairments. The tactile books will keep students engaged and bring to life the fun books while they listen to the words of the book being read to them. The sensory machines will help keep students calm by the soft bubble sounds and assist students in visually attending to moving objects and the bright lights help them keep their visual attention. The buckle activities help build skills students need for everyday activities from helping their caregivers get them dressed or care for their personal needs or help them build fine motor and visual coordination to independently care for their own personal needs. These tools will benefit the students educationally, but also help with life skills that we sometimes take for granted for being able to do every day. Help my students grow educationally and personally with these wonderful tools we can use in our Vision activities!
