This game is a variation of volleyball and four square. These are two very loved games at the elementary level. This will provide ways to improve teamwork and hand-eye coordination. This is also an activity that they could play with their families. Physical education teachers are working hard to incorporate more activities for the students to play for a lifetime. Lifetime activities will keep these students active as long as possible. Many lifetime activities are yard games such as cornhole, ladders and spikeball. These games/activities are ones they can play now as kids and with their own kids later in life.
