My students require a variety of ways to learn and access curriculum. There is often not enough time in the day to ensure that all the students' needs are met in addition to creating individualized instruction from these students. It would be so helpful to get some aid through the use of teachers pay teachers. My students also love working on the white boards to show their own but my school does not have enough for the whole staff to use. The organizers will help my students organize their work when in my classroom as it is a different classroom then when they are with their general education class.
