The exercise balls provided from Donors Choose will allow my students to perform cardio drum routines involving drum sticks and music. What better way to get in shape than to drum on an exercise ball while performing cardiovascular exercises, all at the same time? The cardio drum routines the children copy and create, using the exercise balls, will get many students who would rather not move, moving without even realizing they're moving. Cardiovascular exercise is extremely important and the exercise balls are a vital part of getting the children moving.
