The students at my school come from low-income communities in Boston, MA. Most are either Haitian or Latin American and have been in our charter school for their entire lives. Nonetheless, they often struggle on the SAT examine. The average math SAT score for our students is below 450, far below the average which is in the 500 range. They desperately need this help!
