I am requesting an Apple iPad, pencil and Smart Folio. These technology resources would be used to help me reach ALL of my students, including my virtual learners, with the latest technology. This school year has presented many new challenges, and we have identified a few areas that we need support to help students be successful. Our virtual learners need to be able to see what is happening in the classroom, and the material being presented. An iPad in our classroom would provide clear, high-quality instruction that would allow all learners to be able to see clearly. It would increase my mobility in the classroom-which allows me to keep everyone on task instead of being stuck in the front of the room. Many of the resources I use in my classroom today are internet based, this iPad and resources would allow me to manipulate, and annotate over the resources in order to give my students a clear understanding of the lesson. I know that with the right tool and opportunities, we can help EVERY child reach their full potential!
