The students who come see me for English Language Arts are working toward a Certificate of Completion upon graduation. They have lower reading levels, but still have a desire to get into a good book. Providing a selection of graphic novels that they can navigate independently, as well as some larger books that we can read together and discuss as a class will give them a sense of pride. Their favorite part of English class is when we group up together in the comfy seats and read. Thanks for helping inspire!

About my class
