Food insecurity has become and even bigger obstacle during the pandemic.Most of my students come from very big families. Their parents work early shifts, or late into the night just to put food on the table. These snacks will help ensure that my students have food in their belly before they come to school, or when their parent work late shifts and are unable to get home earlier enough get a hot meal on the table. Learning is difficult when your stomach is growling from hunger. These snacks will help ensure that none of my students are hungry from lack of food.
