Distance Learning has been a challenge, but yet rewarding. We started the 2020 –2021 school year teaching 100% virtually. However, on April 8th we will transition into a hybrid model of learning. In order to prepare my students for a safe return, PPE items must be in place. Students will return into the building wearing their mask. The classroom furniture will be arranged to allow social distancing. Keeping the classroom sanitized on a daily basis will be extremely important. However, I would like to add the extra layer of protection by providing each student with a sneeze guard protector sheet for their desk. The sneeze guard folding barrier for classroom student desk will help to eliminate germs spreading through coughs & sneezes. This will also bring a sense of comfort for the other students, myself as the teacher and any school employee that may need to enter the classroom. Returning to the classroom has been the topic of discussion for all schools in the United States of America. We will walk through the schoolhouse doors in a little over a month. I would feel better knowing that I’d provided as much protection as possible for my students.
